Synopsis:
The High King of Tartaros has been having problems with a certain group of trainees for the 5th District's Guard Force. They're all extremely hard headed, and far too gun-ho to be allowed to help civilians. At the same time they're too cocky and unseasoned to be put into the military with you... You'll be rewarded with a weapon from the military's stockpile as well as some currency from the High King himself. How you train hem is up to you, just make them acceptable guardsmen.

Note: Completing this quest 5 times can be turned in for 1 Influence.
